Bentley unveils Torcal, its first EV: 888 PS, 375 miles of range

• Equipped with two permanent magnet synchronous motors, an 800V battery system, and a peak charging rate of up to 400 kW, the Torcal can charge from 10-80% in approximately 16 to 20 minutes, comparable to the Porsche Cayenne Electric.
• The vehicle features Bentley’s first fully active suspension system, all-wheel steering, and a unique “Bentley Dynamic Symphony” sound system inspired by live instruments, alongside advanced interior technology including curved OLED screens, facial recognition, and the world’s first 100% Merino wool automotive fabric.
• Additional highlights include 25 sensors for driver assistance, four powered doors, a switchable-glass sunroof, and an optional high-end 1,780W Naim audio system; however, Bentley has yet to announce pricing or delivery dates.
