NBC Sports • • sports
Key Points:
- Jets running back Breece Hall remains questionable for Week 8 against the Raiders due to a quad injury, with his status depending on Friday's limited practice; if inactive, Braelon Allen is expected to start and maintain a significant role.
- Seahawks' Rashid Shaheed is questionable for Monday's game against the Bears due to a knee injury, while Zach Charbonnet was limited in practice and Jadarian Price returned to full practice, suggesting a potentially crowded backfield.
- Washington Commanders' defensive tackle Daron Payne suffered a significant foot injury in practice and is likely headed to injured reserve, impacting the team's defensive depth.
- Steelers' KaVontae Turpin is ruled out for Week 8, while George Pickens is questionable with shoulder and hamstring issues; Pickens remains an upside WR2 if active.
- Dolphins claimed EDGE Jamree Kromah off waivers from the Bears as part of their efforts to bolster their front seven, reflecting ongoing roster adjustments.
