Key Points:

Nintendo has released a playable ocarina to coincide with the launch of the anticipated Switch 2 title, available now in Japan and Australia for 5,500 yen and $54.85 AUD respectively.
Unlike HORI's electronic ocarina, Nintendo's version allows players to play or hum melodies within range of the Switch 2's built-in microphone to have Link perform songs in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time game.
The playable ocarina features Alto C tuning, is made from ABS, polyurethane synthetic leather, and polyester, and measures approximately 8.3cm x 15cm x 4.5cm; it also includes a leaflet with sheet music.
The device has already sold out in many locations globally, so interested buyers should act quickly, while availability in the US and UK is yet to be announced.
Additionally, the Nintendo Store in the US is offering an exclusive Zelda 40th anniversary pin set alongside these new releases.
