Can't cash out

Every time I try and cash out it won't let me. I have over 50000 points but every amount n different card I get says I need to earn 500 points from walking to cash out it doesn't make any sense to me. Also the lowest amount for a gift card is locked but the higher ones are unlocked. I've emailed them but got no answer
