How does one contact customer support?

Hi everyone! I made a mistake when I submitted one of my challenges and I don't know how to fix it. I'm trying to figure out how to contact customer support, but I have no clue. It keeps telling me something about setting up an email account and I'm not sure what they're talking about. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
