What do I need to do to get my watch to connect to this App? It tells me I must be signed into Google and then I can't go from there.

If it’s already connected to your phone, you should be able to connect it to this app by going into settings and allowing it to track you like you go in settings and you find this app in settings and then you hit allow, you should be able to. I’m not 100% sure sorry
