The biggest advantages are weight loss and health benefits. It can reduce seizures as well. However some disadvantages are it's difficult to maintain and can cause some nutrient deficiencies due to the limited diet.
I wonder how effective the keto diet is. If anyone had keto diet, please share the experience as to how it works, any side effects, etc. Simply put it, I would very much like to know about its 1) good points or positive effects, and 2) bad points or side effects.
