Not 💯 sure but I would think lean meat and fish, full fat yogurt with berries and seeds, nuts, olives, etc. I couldn't live without veg and fruit plus I enjoy Kefir. That sounds fairly balanced to me although maybe not strictly keto.
I'm interested in starting a keto diet, but I want to make sure I'm doing it in a healthy and balanced way. Could you please tell me what the best foods are to eat on a keto diet to ensure I'm getting all the necessary nutrients? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
