Intermittent Keto Diet

Is it possible for somebody to do the Keto diet intermittently? For example, partake it in for a month then have a week off and then resume it for another month. Would doing it this way impair results or would it have the same effect as continuously being on it?

Thoughts on this? ๐Ÿค”

Yes, it is possible to follow the keto diet intermittently, but it may affect results. Continuous keto helps your body adapt to fat burning and offers consistent benefits. Intermittent breaks may slow weight loss, disrupt metabolic adaptation, and cause energy fluctuations. However, taking breaks can help with diet fatigue and long-term adherence. Individual responses vary, so monitor your progress and consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

You're results will slow down if you have success with keto to begin with.ย
