If you are a regular keto person. How do you keep from feeling tired and beat down. I have done it before I know at some point the hunger slows but I just feel like I need to sleep all day.

I would say that ordinary people should not do the ketogenic diet to lose weight, unless patients with severe metabolic syndrome do it under the guidance of a doctor (because the benefits outweigh the harm).
