Keto Diet Questions

What is the main reason you chose keto. The point of a keto diet is to reduce your carbonate, encourage the intake of healthy fats and focus on getting enough protein for your body. Just say that it worked for someone else because every BODY is different! So what are your reasons for starting and sticking with Keto?

    I think each diet is worth to try. Maybe we can find one suits to us, maybe this diet would be keto.

    I would weigh out the good and the negatives for you. If you crave something so bad, just have a smaller amount and get that crave outta the way. Then do your best to stay true to the diet. Be good to yourself.

      No we should not! It's not for me! One of our ER Dr.'s does it and has had great results. I like my breads and carbs too much!

      I want the results, but I do like my carbs too much. Ugh!! Haha
