That's good you found your motive! I personally like to walk at least the 10k steps while also working out. Diet is also important and make sure to sustain yourself with one that works for you.
For a while I have been walking everyday for about 30 minutes and I have not seen any progression on weight loss. So I downloaded this app to motivate me to walk even longer and it's working well. But I wanted to know what is the best time to walk everyday to at least lose a couple of pounds.
