I got over 4000 steps yesterday and I did not get any rewards for it. I went to the menu drop screen and try to contact the app customer service and it told me to try again after I set up my account in the mail app?? Can anybody help explain to me what I'm doing wrong and what the mail app is?

    you didn't get any coins at all? Did you see a chest on your screen with your steps? Maybe log off and on again..

    If it was for yesterday, those coins are gone. They reset after midnight and no way to get them back.

    There's been two days that there was no chest and I had a ton of steps. I am also having problems with the reward ad games, glitching out and not getting my coins for that either. I'm guessing there's nothing I can do.
