Can you substitute fat with protein for keto diet or what percentage of fat needed to intake to considered keto?

    On keto you should be aiming for 20% of calories from protein only 70-75% from fat and 5-10% from carbs only.Too much protein on keto diet turns protein into glycogen and takes your body out of ketosis...
