Intermittent Fasting Over 60

Is it safe to do intermittent fasting over 60 years of age? What things should I avoid? Any special tips how to get started?

I'm in my 60s also and have never done true intermittent fasting, but I do run fasted, i.e., don't have breakfast before going on a run.  I've never experienced any negative effects from it, but there are positive ones.

Totally possible. Check out Dr Jason Fung he is a nephrologist and totally into IF for himself and his patients

I think taking it slow and seeing how your body responds. You don't want to put it into shock. I think this is the case for any age group though.
