Stay busy to distract yourself from hunger. Drink lots of water and tea to stay full. Gradually increase your fasting time to let your body adjust.

I think having an accountability partner would be helpful. Preferably someone in the household, but if not, a close friend to keep you going.

I would assume you would use the longest fasting period during your sleeping hours?

A fasting app can help keep you motivated but if you tell everyone (well not literally everyone but those that care) that you are fasting it makes it harder to cheat
