How do people accomplish to do intermittent fasting?

I feel like people who do intermittent fasting, regardless of the reasons or motivations behind, must be extremely dedicated to the cause. How do people get to accomplish it without falling out? How do they keep going?

    Once I start I find it quite easy to stick to especially during the week at work as I don't have time to think about food.  I find if I'm getting tempted I just distract my mind.

    There are different types of IF and the time  and cycle varies. You don't have to start with 24hr fast. You can start with 16:8 and slowly adjust your time as what fit best for you and your activities.

    If you find a plan that fits your schedule then it becomes really simple and almost 0 effort. Because it's not the type of food that you need to restrict, but rather just the timing. If the timing works according to your schedule, then it's a no-brainer.
