    I used LifeFasting but have managed to lock myself out of it so time to try a different app 😊 😊

    Actually most of app are free to use unless I want to try their diet plan or any other plans.

    I used to have one called 'Fastic' and now I use one called' 168 Intermitternt fasting app' .
