Uninstall and instal app again.
Well over 5,000 steps today and never had any coins pop up to claim. Anyone else having a problem with the system today? Has never happened to me before.
Editing: it was recommended that I uninstall and reinstall the app so I did, and lost almost 300 steps.

29. These coins only already on the lock screen and you have to talk them to add them to your account.

You can't see the coin box? I've had that happen to me many times. I couldn't collect the coins that day. But the next day, it was back to normal... I don't know why this issue exists.

Right. I usually click to collect my coins continuously throughout the day, but never got any this morning at all. I did reinstall and it corrected the problem, but lost 300 or so steps.
