Intermittent fasting - can I drink or consume foods during the fasting period?

As I read you can drink only liquids like that:
Water.Coffee without sugar (you can add cinnamon).Tea.Infusions for slimming.Homemade vegetable broth - onion, leek, carrot, cabbage, celery, parsnip ... ...A sugar-free chewing gum can help you reduce your appetite.

I guess only water is allowed.

You can drink water or coffee which is no effect on your fasting. It means, no calory drinks or other things will be good.

When you are fasting obviously cannot consume any food. You can only drink water and black coffee / tea without sugar / milk. However i would suggest only drink water as coffee/tea will lead to dehydration if you drink too much to replace food consumption.
