Mark wahlberg intermittent fasting protocol

RT Jackson

I think each person should use th method that matches best with their body type.

The protocol is he eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at noon, 3pm and 6pm respectively for an eighteen-hour fast and a six-hour eating window. During his six-hour eating window, Wahlberg goes for high-protein foods & lots of white rice Before noon he has supplements&espresso.

The only i got close to this is 18:6 window & we both don't really limit protein&carbs intake.
I wonder if taking supplements before food would be as effective since many positively interact with food for better efficacy. Also, my fasting was strictly fasting with just water. I didn't even have coffee.
I wonder how effective his is

Inka name kia haiii kia waqai he ache hain???
