My all time favorite series is Stranger Things. The actors are amazing and do a phenomenal job at portraying the emotions of their characters.

(M18C06) Oh boy, there is no such thing as "all-time favorite" for me. But since you are mentioning a suspenseful fantasy, the series in a similar genre that I liked was Legion. It was so trippy and creative.
