Intermittent fasting

Intermittent fasting is when you alter between eating and not eating for a period of time. People do it various reasons including weight loss, and other health goals. During the fasting period you are not supposed to eat any food or drink any flavor drinks either. Many beginners have questions about it.

    I can tell from my experience. I've done it 4 months & slimmed down effectively. No side effects & just as desired. 
    I ate only during 10am-6pm. Especially after 6pm strictly only water. Basically 0 calories after 6pm is what I paid more attention to. 
    I ate whatever & however much I wanted to during the eating window. 
    I'd say it's healthy to do periodically since too much calories & eating is harmful. Good to periodically go easy on tummy
