During intermittent fasting  we should be eating protein and healthy foods. What foods do you prefer on intermittent fasting?

    I prefer lean proteins like chicken or fish, along with plenty of vegetables and healthy fats like avocados. For snacks, I go for nuts or Greek yogurt.
