Is cardio during intermittent fasting more effective

There's a term fasted cardio.

Some say cardio workout during morning fasting before 1st meal is more effective while others say it isn't since with not much carbs due to fasting, body will use muscle's components as energy source.

Which is true? Also, does it matter whehter you do cardio or weights training on fasting in terms of advantages & disadvantages?

In order to not lose muscle mass, you need to increase protein intake. Aim for around 30g of protein spaced three times evenly throughout the day (the 30-30-30 rule).

Consuming more than 30g of protein in one sitting is not beneficial as the body can ONLY absorb 25-30g of protein every 2.5-3 hours. It, of course, depends on the person and there are variables, but 30g protein every 3 hours is my general rule of thumb and an easy way to remember it.
