    Update) finally got a reward.

    I guess they sent back my points but there's No email after when they replied they will look into my matter.
Now when I try to redeem my points for a gift card, it shows my account is suspended.
I don't know what to do now

    i think that it takes a while for orders to process if it's not from a bigger company or if it's from an international company, it usually in general with most companies take 3-5 business days to process.
