Has anyone faced issues with redeeming coins. For some reason it gives me an error that I can't redeem as the region is not supported. I have already reached out to support but they are not helping. Has anyone faced this issue.

My issue is that they took 3000 of my coins and didn't give my reward right away. It's been about a week and I still haven't received it. I used to get them immediately. I'm quitting the app after I get my last challenge coins. Hopefully I'll be able to redeem them! 😥
