? Can anxiety cause high blood pressure

My question: If the anxiety cause high blood pressure it can effect to our heart and later in future you have high chances to getting heart attack??

    Yes, high blood pressure can definitely be caused by anxiety! I suggest you buy a blood pressure monitor and check your blood pressure several times a day. Deep breathing exercises are very good for anxiety.
