Does high blood pressure cause tinnitus?

Every had ringing in your ears from high blood pressure?

I know that blood flow changes can couse tinnitus or make tinnitus more noticeable.

Yes, when it affects the blood vessels of the ear or near the ear, it is possible to experience tinnitus i.e. ringing in ears.

Additionally if high BP causes stroke, that could also cause tinnitus.
