I just got a new phone. How can I transfer my points to this phone?

    Contact support. I wouldn't do any other steps but follow the  instructions from the support team.

    Starting at the Home page tap the three horizontal black stripes at the top left corner.When the slide page comes out, tap the gear icon at the top right corner. Scan your eyes down the page to the Support section, tap Contact Us; you should get the option to select email.

    3. I think you can install app and login with same Credentials

    101. If you have a new phone number, you have to start over. If it's the same number, login to your old account on your new phone.

    26. Does logging back into your old account not work? If not, contact support most likely.
