I've got a super easy recipe for you. One you need is a packet of taco seasoning, which you can buy in the store, and you just put 1 pound of ground turkey in a pan and cook it until it's brown. Then you add 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of chicken stock, and the taco seasoning. Simmer that for 30 minutes with the lid on. Super simple and delicious and can feed you and your daughter for a couple days!
