I need to reach 4000c in 5 dollar Amazon Rewards. But my friends have 2250c. Why am I different from them?

    Mine is 3000 for $5.   I've seen some say that theirs are higher than the 5000.  I have no idea why though.  I think one reason is what country you're in.
