I have a reward that has been pending for probably a month and I can't do anything until it is not pending.

    You need to contact support. Others have said that they were able to fix this for them

      Go to the Home page of the app. Tap on the hamburger menu (the three lines) on the top left. Tap on the gear icon. Then tap on Contact Us.
