How to claim the points?

Hello everyone, I am a new user, only a few days. Today I found the locked screen doesn' t show the box, even I already walked over 2000 steps, i cannot claim one coin. What cannot I do? Please help, thanks.

Hm I'd say undownload and download again,

But warning people are having issues with this app and say that there's lot of glitches and stuff I'd never personally had problems, but u could have a glitch or something.

Hello,

You can claim points every 100 step. You can't do it from the locked screen. It's under the "Home" tab, just tap the little number at the bottom of the circle to claim. As you get 1000 steps, you'll unlock the boxes further down. Once unlocked, you can tap them to collect points too. Hope this helps.

As a new user too, I feel you. If the screen is dark, there may be a hidden ad, which prevents you from tapping the treasure chest and getting the coins. If you see a black "X" that means to hit that "X" and exit the hidden ad. I had this issue twice. You also must be aware that to get 10 coins, you tap that chest 10 times. There will be ads in between some taps. This will make you stop getting coins until you exit that ad. Then you can continue. If you have issues, get ahold of the developer or customer service. That info is always in your app/play store. Oh... one last thing.... Make sure you are CURRENTLY in the US or Canada and not on a VPN. That will allow you to redeem coins. Apps with geolocation will not allow payouts if not on original US or Canadian ISP's.
