I chose Amazon gift card, but it didn't go though when O wanted to use it. Anyone know what to do this situation?

    Did you have the gift card available for awhile before trying to add it to your Amazon account

Which step do you have a trouble?
I just copied code and pasted it in Redeem a gift card page on Amazon website. Canada.
