How come I am getting only 1 coin with watching ads!!!!!

After I redeemed $5 amazon gift card, it only gives me one coin at a time when I watched an ad. So frustrsted!!!!!!!!

    Same it was on and off for a few months and now it’s pretty steady at paying one coin so no more ads for me just scratchers.  I’ll probably ditch this app for something else
