Is anyone else having a problem...??

Question

Is anyone else having a problem saving the timestamp pictures we take for the challenges? Specifically, on the home workout challenge there were 2 days the "save" button never showed up after taking the pic despite trying several times (at different times thru the evening, and after clearing cache and cookies). I'm wondering if it's just me before I write to support? I am now disqualified from the challenge cuz it happened 2 different days and I have 4 still required but only 3 days left. Thanks in advance for responding!! 🌞💪 👟

I also NEVER got my 100 coins for adding my cashwalk widget!! Several times I have not gotten my coins for other things. I downloaded the widget 7 or 8 times and none of them paid off!!

My widget button only stays on the off setting and won’t unlock so I could have gotten my 1000 points weeks ago!! Why not unlock it???

The time stamp isn't working for any of the challenges I'm in as of 09/07/25. I updated the app and restarted my phone, neither of which did anything.

yep same. and i’ve messaged support several times about it and they make it sound like im doing something wrong. i’ve had it tell me i already uploaded and then i look at the board and the post appears in triplicate. im done with the challenges now. not worth the grief.

I take my pictures on my camera roll since the time stamp in the app camera bugs out for me, but I can always see the save button. Sometimes it bugs and does not go to the next section to submit the post, but I just close and restart the app; that works. Hope it works out for you.

You mentioned in a comment about challenges coming back. Are you talking about last month? The sky one that was only available, or they had challenges even before that?  definitely a game changer. I got over 15 completed

Weird but after I cleared pics put of specifically my gallery things worked better. Or I found if I just keep taking a picture like 10 times in a row sometimes then the save button shows up

It happened to me!  It’s a scam for us to walk more steps and have them collect our data.  It’s a complete scam.

Try spamming the picture taking button.  It wasn't working for me, I reinstalled and installed again. Again. It looked like it still wasn't working, but I spammed the button you pushed to take the picture and then the save button came up and I was able to add my comment and done

I did the 10,000 step challenge and yesterday and it didn’t count now I won’t be able to get it of course if the challenges end up being too complicated I’m gonna cash out and just delete it anyway
