Steps keep disappearing

Anyone else having issues today? Had 6500 and now gone. App is up to date, and restarted phone. This is the first time I've don't the 10,000 step challenge and feel it's weird I'm having these issues in day 3 of 5.

    Same here it's starting to become impossible now with them removing my coins, locking $5 options and expiring all coins in a year I can't earn anything in time fast enough to cash out and I walk EVERY DAY I might have to cut ties with this company let this app go

    No Michele haven’t had any issues. I’m curious though how long have you had the app? And do you happen to live/cross times zones? I ask because I was traveling once cross country  and had to stop every so often and let my dog out so I got my 10,000 steps in and I noticed when I crossed over time zones my coins disappeared. Idk if that’s still a thing or not lol
