hi can anyone tell me why my points won't go past 7600? I've been having this trouble for months now.I keep having to cash out with 5000 an get a Dunkin coffee card. HELP!!! Maybe I should delete the account and start over

    Have you asked support? I always cash out for a $5 card, so never had that issue myself. They are now pushing for people to save for $10 & $15 cards so that should be a limit.

      Hi I can’t find a phone number for support.I’ve looked all over on here.It just sucks that it goes back to 7000. I thought I was going crazy till I took a pic of it in august.
