Why can't I get $5 gc all of a sudden???

Been using this app for over five years and have never had this problem. I currently have a little under 5000. What is the purpose of this?

Same! I noticed that too!! I have enough for a $5/3000c reward but it's making me gor for 6000/9000c. Dumb!!
