I'm not very good with technology so I don't understand how is this tracking my steps what the hell did I just put on my phone and what type of permissions did I give it 🤣

    It trackes it by the phone going up and down, so honestly you could just build a shaker and have it do that so you can get all your steps everyday. It's honestly kinda funny how easy it would be to cheat the whole step thing

    That's what I thought okay that makes more sense thank you for answering I was very confused at first because I have a treadmill I use every single day at home but it has a holder for my phone in the front so my phone does not move while I'm walking on the treadmill so my steps wouldn't even be counted which is slow
