I can't redeem my reward

When I try to redeem my rewards, it says my account is suspended.  I sent hundreds email to cashwalk, but I have not heard from them.

Please fix this issue.  This is screenshot with error message.

    The same thing happened to me, I had over 8,000 coins and could not redeem them.  I sent several emails to support team and they did not respond,  I finally deleted my cashwalk account and started over, now I can't connect to my smartwatch.
