SMS failure

Constantly getting the couldn't send sms code to verify my account in order to redeem a gift card.   Customer support just keeps blaming my phone provider.   Any solutions would be great.

      I have contacted support MULTIPLE TIMES and just keep getting the same response.  I have redeemed before but now all of the sudden I can’t.
