Lost over 20,000 points

I lost over 20,000 points. I was trying to reach a certain amount, and that was when I checked it a couple of months ago. Now I’m down to 3,000 points. What is up with that? If I don’t get my points back, I will be reporting this company, and my review won’t be good!! Especially since I’ve talked several people into coming, and I’ve never received any referral points, but I let that go since I was so happy with the app. My old job, I walked anywhere from 6,000-22,000 steps a day, and yes, I didn’t always collect my coins, but when I left that job in Oct, I was over 20,000 points. I've been with this app for over 3yrs and have never lost points not even when it changed to a new year!?! I want a response ASAP
