‘Photo authorization denied’. Why is that?

‘Photo authorization denied’. Why is that?

 

I found "challenge" menu and gave it a try for 'Gazing sky' and 'workout' 

 

But. Whenever I photo capture my current sky and workout record, photo authorization is denied all the time. 

I tried multiple times like yesterday and today and one of them, I hiking mountain and I completed 12,000steps but it was denied to put my record there. 

 

Does anybody know why?
