Me too, same issue .I passed 2 weeks ,sending many emails to have my rewards, I believe they are scamming and using deception to avoid paying us our dues by freezing our accounts.
Has anyone contacted customer service and actually received a response back? I've been using this app for a few years now and love it. Never had any issues.
Then a few weeks ago, my account got suspended. I've contacted customer service a couple of times and not one response back from them with any help with my account...
