I'm new to this app and I'm trying to figure out if the distance is actually accurate than the Fitness app on my iPhone?? Or is it the other way around

    This app calculates based on step, not in change of location, so the miles and things are probably just based on the average person and won't be perfectly accurate. You could get your steps on a treadmill, stairs, or in place and it'll still calculate approximately how far you'd have traveled.
