Unable to redeem coins for rewards

Cash walk has a major problem when you are trying to redeem coins for rewards. It no longer send you a text message with a verification code, it sends you a phone call. Then it doesn’t return you to the verification code page and by the time you find it again, it doesn’t allow you to enter the pound sign after the code.

    It’s really hard now to get the reward gift code.even u follow the instruction it doesn’t allow u to go further,it’s like left u hanging then if u tried many times they will not allow u to do it again.

    I try to verify with my phone number but it does not call me back. It used to be a text with a code but now it’s a call back with a code. I tried at least 10 times. Please fix this

    Do you know is there any charge fee if answer the phone call for verification code? Because is call from USA. It’s says free call from Cashwalk but carrier rate may apply.

    Hi everyone. I got an email from customer support with the following instructions.
    
    When cash walk calls you with the access code, answer your phone and make sure you have access to your phone’s keypad. Don’t enter the code on the keypad in the app. Enter the verification code using the phone keypad followed by a # sign, wait until you hear the message confirming that the verification has been completed, and then return to the app. I tried this solution and it works. I was able to redeem my coins for the reward.

    When typing on phone number we get a - symbol after typing 3 digits right?

    I did that but it's not confirming  that the verification has been completed. They said they didn't get the code, though I type the right code with a # sign at the end

    You just need to type the number on your phones keypad then press pound.

    I tried that and it did not work for me. Voice kept on repeating that it did not receive code in time please try again.

    I absolutely agree with this statement.    I can no longer cash in on my rewards.       I cannot find a solution on their app

    Make sure you are using your phone app keypad, not the keypad that pops up in the Cashwalk app.

    I walked 10l ateps today which is my last day to get the 100% for walking all week.  It did not give me
    Credit nor go to the page to say I finish this week challenge.  Everytime o try to redo it
    It say I have already save a photo.  I have not received
    100% nor did it go to to page to collect 500 points.  This is happening to often and making me want to stop using the app cause it not giving credit when credit is do

    I traveled to Toronto on April 24 until May 2. Since I came back with the change of time. I couldnt get my reward points. Every time I get steps upto 100 it goes back to 0
