Suspended account

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support regarding my suspended account. It has been several days without any update, and every time I try to redeem my rewards, I receive a message saying my account has been suspended.

 

This delay and lack of communication reflect poorly on your customer service and seriously affect user trust. I have provided all requested information and still have not received a clear answer or solution.

 

I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Ignoring users will only damage your reputation.Marwan H.

      I send several  emails, to team support, they mentioned  but no solutions, still suspended,  how u call him ? Telephone or ?
