Cannot use my e-gift card even redeemed

I redeemed 15,000 CashWalk points for a $15 Walmart gift card. However, when I try to access the gift card, the gift card page shows an “Active Suspension Notice” and I am unable to view or use the gift card.

I have already contacted Blackhawk Network regarding this issue. After reviewing the case, Blackhawk closed the case and advised me that further assistance must be requested through the original place of purchase or the gift card issuer.

Since this Walmart gift card was issued to me as a reward through CashWalk in exchange for 15,000 points, I am asking CashWalk to investigate this reward.
